Soundproof Cabins and Vertical Greenery in a Flexible Co-Working Space

Project in-detail

The incorporation of soundproof Framery cabins and vertical greenery creates a uniquely adaptable co-working environment designed to enhance collaboration and productivity.
5 key facts about this project
01
A high ceiling enhances the sense of openness, allowing for flexible spatial arrangements.
02
Framery cabins provide soundproofed areas for focused work and private conversations.
03
Vertical greenery integrates natural elements into the workspace, contributing to employee well-being.
04
The layout includes both fixed and hot desk options to accommodate various working styles.
05
A separated kitchen area includes a recreational space, promoting work-life balance.

The design located in Bulgaria represents a modern approach to collaborative workspaces by embracing a “fluid” concept. It features an open-plan layout that encourages interaction among a diverse range of professionals. High ceilings add to the feeling of space and flexibility, creating an environment suited for various work styles.

Reception and Lockers

The reception area is directly opposite the entrance, creating a welcoming initial impression. Behind the reception, there is a functional storage area that helps to keep the space organized. Lockers are conveniently situated on the right side upon entry, providing personal storage solutions for users to enhance their experience within the office.

Framery Cabins and Central Volume

A standout feature of the design is the inclusion of Framery cabins, designed to be soundproof for private conversations and focused work. Four Framery O cabins are strategically placed within the layout, with options available for adding additional types in the future. The central volume of the office acts like an island, housing two meeting rooms that encourage collaboration alongside four areas dedicated to work or casual discussions.

Workspace Features and Library

The work area itself accommodates 36 individual workplaces, with many equipped with computers. There are also flexible hot desks available, ensuring adaptability for various tasks. Noise barriers are incorporated to improve acoustics within the workspace, supporting a productive environment. Adjacent to the work area, an open concept library is defined by steel vertical bookshelves, enhanced by hanging plants and swings that promote a relaxed atmosphere for reading and discussion.

Kitchen Area and Lighting

At the rear, the kitchen area is slightly elevated, visually separating it from the main workspace. This space combines kitchen facilities with a recreational area, which includes a gaming space for informal downtime. The lighting throughout the office employs a mix of accent types, using light colors that embody the fluid nature of the design. Natural elements and greenery are thoughtfully integrated, creating a warm and inviting environment that adds to the overall comfort of the workspace.
