Txotx Tili Wine Italy Guest Homes is situated in the peaceful embrace of the Umbrian Valley, a place celebrated for its natural beauty and rich traditions of winemaking. The project combines a winery and guest accommodations, designed with a clear intention of honoring the family’s commitment to their craft. The overall design focuses on building a connection with the environment, inviting visitors to experience the local landscape in a meaningful way.

Architectural Layout

The layout of the space highlights natural lines and the best views of the surroundings. A main entrance opens into a wine tasting area that features two levels. This thoughtful arrangement creates ample space for guests to enjoy wine while providing practical storage for barrels. Large windows frame the landscape, offering beautiful views that capture the atmosphere during sunset.

Collective and Private Spaces

Beyond the tasting area lies an open collective space that encourages guests to engage with the lush vines and garden areas. Adjacent to this space is an infinity pool that also takes advantage of the stunning views, fostering opportunities for social interaction among guests. The design considers both community engagement and private retreats, offering areas for gathering and solitude at the same time.

Guest Accommodations

The guest rooms are oriented to welcome each sunrise, providing visitors with a peaceful retreat as they overlook the vineyard. The interior layouts prioritize comfort and privacy while maintaining a connection to the outdoors. This design allows guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of their surroundings, creating a unique experience that enhances their stay.

Sustainable Practices

Sustainability plays a significant role in the project’s development. Repurposed bricks from previous structures form the walls of the tasting area and guest accommodations, demonstrating respect for the site’s history. The predominant use of wood in structural elements aligns with eco-friendly practices and supports the overall aesthetic of the project.

The interiors are designed to be light and open, allowing natural elements to flow into the living spaces. This approach connects guests with the vibrant landscape, ensuring that every moment spent within the guest homes is enriched by the beauty of the surrounding vineyards.
