The design presents a thoughtful blending of private and communal spaces. Located in a vibrant area, it effectively meets modern living requirements. The overall concept focuses on enhancing interaction among users while providing quiet retreats. With a clear structure and defined functions, the design resonates with contemporary lifestyle needs.

Facade and Materials

The facade features a combination of tin roof panels for the roof and side walls, along with impregnated matured wood finished in gray on the front elevation. These choices create a modern appearance while emphasizing durability and low maintenance. The use of these materials is a practical response to the demands of today’s architecture.

Spatial Organization

Inside, the layout establishes distinct areas across two levels. The first floor serves as the central hub for social activities, encompassing a kitchenette that connects with a dining area, a bathroom, and a versatile living room. This arrangement encourages interaction among occupants while allowing for easy movement. A terrace and balcony extend the living space outdoors, providing opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment of natural light.

Second Floor Design

On the second floor, privacy takes precedence with a bedroom that includes its own balcony. This arrangement enhances personal space and offers an inviting outdoor area. The design prioritizes comfort, allowing residents to step outside easily and enjoy fresh air while maintaining a connection to their living environment.

Landscape and Site Design

The landscape design enhances the overall concept, with designated outdoor areas suitable for various activities. Spaces for wine tasting and guest accommodations reflect the project’s multifunctional approach. A pergola or pavilion is included for gatherings. The landscaping incorporates distinct environments such as lawns, tree plantings—like Pinus and Populus 'Italica'—and flower meadows, inviting both people and nature into a cohesive experience.

Practical solutions are evident in the placement of parking areas for guests and staff. This design choice ensures convenient access while keeping outdoor spaces mostly devoted to personal and communal use. Each element thoughtfully contributes to a responsive and functional built environment.
