The Prometheus Pro Meet House is a well-considered response to the challenges of urban living. It aims to create a balance between the home environment and nature. Designed for a modern lifestyle, the house organizes key areas such as the lavatory, kitchen/dining area, living/working space, and sleeping area around a central fire feature. This focal point not only adds warmth but also reinforces the historically significant role of fire in promoting social interactions.

Spatial Organization

Inside the house, the layout is clear and organized. Each area serves a distinct function while allowing for easy movement between them. The arrangement fosters a sense of community and encourages people to connect. At the same time, partitions and transitions provide privacy, making it suitable for both gathering and individual activities.

Materials and Aesthetics

Wooden panels cover the exterior of the building, offering both visual appeal and practical benefits. The use of wood creates a welcoming atmosphere and aligns with environmentally friendly practices. These materials are chosen for their durability and aesthetics, contributing to a simple yet effective design that will endure over time.

Interaction with Nature

Natural light plays an important role in the overall design. Well-placed windows and openings create a link between the inside and the outside. This connection enhances the living experience, allowing inhabitants to feel more in tune with their environment. The design also includes adjustable façade elements that can change according to privacy needs, giving residents control over their interaction with the outdoor space.

Functional and Social Nexus

The central fire feature embodies the social aspects of the house. It serves as a gathering spot where people can come together, reflecting the timeless nature of fire in fostering connections. The spatial configuration around this feature enhances both community engagement and personal comfort. It creates an environment where daily life can be enriched by relationships and shared experiences.

The Prometheus Pro Meet House brings together practical living and a connection to nature. Its thoughtful design choices support both individual needs and communal interactions, resulting in a comfortable and functional living space.
