Cultural Hub Featuring Bell Tower and Amphitheater Integration

Project in-detail

The integration of a bell tower and an amphitheater creates a distinctive cultural hub that promotes community engagement while offering wellness and leisure amenities within a cohesive hospitality environment.

The design includes a dedicated cultural activities area with a 300-seat amphitheater.

A distinct bell tower serves as a visual landmark for the complex.
03
The layout features a camping area integrated with hospitality services.
04
Wellness amenities include a dedicated yoga hall and spa facilities.
05

The VI Towers project integrates hospitality, recreation, and cultural elements into a cohesive design that serves the needs of diverse visitors. It is located in a strategic area, positioning itself to offer a comprehensive range of amenities. The overall concept emphasizes functionality and accessibility, encouraging connections among guests and the surrounding community while providing spaces for leisure and engagement.

Functional Zoning

The design organizes spaces logically, with a hotel at its center, featuring 12 guest rooms for accommodation. There are also dining options, with a cafe and a restaurant, promoting social interactions among guests. The incorporation of a swimming pool and a camping area expands recreational choices, appealing to different preferences for relaxation and outdoor experiences.

Wellness Integration

An important aspect of the design is its focus on wellness. A spa center and sports facilities are included to meet the growing demand for health-oriented amenities within hospitality settings. This design approach allows visitors to engage in both physical activity and relaxation in a single location, enriching their overall experience.

Cultural Engagement

A cultural activities area, complete with an amphitheater and film screen, highlights the community aspect of the design. This feature is intended to host events and activities that attract a wide range of interests. By providing a space for cultural engagement, the design enhances the overall visitor experience while contributing positively to the community.

Accessibility and Traffic Management

The plans account for accessibility through adequate parking for 4 buses and 100 cars. This careful consideration of traffic management ensures ease of access for all visitors. The layout promotes a smooth transition between public and service areas, making navigation simple and intuitive throughout the complex.

A bell tower stands out as a distinct architectural detail, adding visual interest to the overall design. This feature not only serves as a landmark but also contributes to the character of the VI Towers, reflecting a thoughtful interaction of form and purpose within the complex.
