Thongchai Chansamak is the founder of Sher Maker, based in Chiangmai, Thailand.

Olha Kleytman is Founder of SBM studio based in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Born in 1969, she is a holder of two degrees from Karazin Kharkiv National University and Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv. She is a prominent member of the ‘Union of Architects of Ukraine’ and has been working on a number of key projects all over the country. In 2002 Olha founded SBM, which deals with architecture and urban design. SBM became a prize winner at a number of local and international competitions. Shortly after the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Olha co-founded ‘Through the War’ – an NGO, providing humanitarian aid to the elderly, as well as supporting the defenders of Kharkiv. She remains the head of the organization and its active member till this day.
Jiafeng Li graduated from Columbia University and the China Academy of Art. She currently works at Allied Works with her practice spanning the US, Denmark, Germany, and China. She has also worked for renowned firms including Arata Isozaki & Associates and Dorte Mandrup. Jiafeng believes architecture should engage in a meaningful dialogue with its environment, reactivating spaces and making them irreplaceable. Her design philosophy revolves around creating architecture that invites discovery, fosters connection, and evokes wonder. She strives to craft spaces that resonate deeply with their context and purpose, reflecting a commitment to beauty, sustainability, and cultural sensitivity. Her work has received international recognition, including First Prize in the 2016 International VELUX Award, finalist in the 2024 KAIRA LOORO Competition, and Honorable Mention in the 2024 Architecture MasterPrize. Widely published by Columbia University, AD Magazine, and other prominent media.
Katie MacDonald is Cofounder of After Architecture and Assistant Professor at the University of Virginia. Her work explores how technology can reconcile design intention with natural materials and processes. MacDonald has been recognized as Next Progressive by Architect Magazine and Curbed Young Gun. Recent projects include installations at the Oslo Architecture Triennale and the Knoxville Museum of Art.
Noa Raviv is an artist and designer based in New York. Her background is in fashion and art and her practice spans sculpture, installation, textiles, and text. Her work has been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Museum of Fine Arts Boston, the Mingei Museum in San Diego, the Israel Museum and Hansen House in Jerusalem, and the Holon Design Museum. She has lectured at institutions including the Anchorage Museum, Glasgow School of Art, RSID in Toronto, University of Wisconsin–Madison, Parsons School of Design, SVA, Shenkar College, and the MODA Design Museum in Atlanta. Her work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, The Cut, BBC, Wired, Nylon, Dezeen, Fast Company, TimeOut, and The Met Museum’s Manus x Machina catalog.
Paulo Tavares is an architect, author, and educator whose work operates at the intersection of architecture, visual culture, and spatial justice. He leads the spatial advocacy agency autônoma and teaches at the University of Brasília, where his research and practice critically address the colonial legacies of modernity and their impact on contemporary spatial politics. Tavares’s projects span multiple media and formats, often blending design, pedagogy, and activism. His work has been exhibited at major international platforms including the Venice Architecture Biennale (2023), São Paulo Art Biennial, Oslo Architecture Triennial, and Istanbul Design Biennale. In 2023, he co-curated the Brazilian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale alongside Gabriela de Matos, receiving the Golden Lion for Best National Participation for the project Terra. That same year, he was recognized by ArchDaily as one of the Best New Practices of 2023. He is also the author of several critical books, including Des-Habitat (2019), Lucio Costa era Racista? (2022), and Derechos No-Humanos (2022), which explore decolonial approaches to architecture and human-nonhuman rights. Previously, he served as co-curator of the 2019 Chicago Architecture Biennial and is a member of the curatorial advisory board for the 2023 Sharjah Biennial. Tavares continues to challenge dominant narratives and advocate for emancipatory design practices through his writing, teaching, and curatorial work.
Wu Ziye is co-founder of Nanjing, China-based Mix Architecture and Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Wu Ziye founded Mix Architecture with Zhou Suning and Tang Tao in 2016. The studio is committed to exploring the possibility of architecture in various contexts to respond to the most primitive emotional and spiritual needs of human beings. The design of Mix connects imagination and reality. Through the exploration of the spirit of the site and the sensitive creation of material construction, it enters into the deep consciousness of the space situation, allowing people, architecture and nature to have an internal integration. Wu Ziye and the works of Mix Architecture have won several important architectural awards including Finalist LEAF Awards 2018, The AMP Award landscape design of the year 2018, A’DESIGN AWARD Platinum Award 2019, the Hong Kong A&D Awards 2020,and Architizer A+Awards 2022.
