Cabin Design

The proposal includes several cabins, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Cabin 2 features a hot tub, reflecting an intention to promote relaxation. The positioning of the cabins allows for social interactions as well as personal retreats. This arrangement supports both community living and individual needs.

Leisure and Community Spaces

At the center of Vineyard Oasis is a leisure zone that includes a pool and a wine tasting area. This space is meant to encourage social engagement and recreational activities among users. The combination of these amenities fosters a welcoming environment that focuses on relaxation and community interaction.

Sustainability Principles

Sustainability is integrated into the design approach. By using existing geometries, the construction minimizes changes to the natural landscape. Salvaging and reusing brick highlights a commitment to responsible material use and environmental care. Additionally, the system for collecting roof rainwater emphasizes efficient resource management as part of the overall design strategy.

Functional Layouts

Each cabin features specific functional areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and storage spaces. The inclusion of a work nook caters to modern needs, allowing occupants to balance leisure and productivity. A double-sided fireplace serves as a central element in the living and dining areas, adding warmth and creating a focal point for gatherings. The terrace connects indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing the relationship with the surrounding landscape.
