The recent design presents a carefully planned guest home interior situated in a scenic landscape. The proposal combines a wine tasting room, a common kitchen, and several guest houses, all with a focus on functionality and community interaction. The arrangement effectively balances shared and private spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for residents.

Architectural Concept

The design aims to foster a communal living environment that reflects local architectural traditions. The common kitchen serves as the central point of the layout, encouraging social connections while framing the main building. By positioning the guest houses around this communal area, it promotes interaction among guests and supports a sense of togetherness.

Terrace Design

Each guest house features two terraces that cater to different needs. The first terrace is oriented towards the common kitchen, making it easy for guests to engage socially. The second terrace, placed at the back, offers a private view of the surrounding landscape. By providing these two options, the design enhances outdoor living and allows residents to choose between community activities and moments of solitude.

Functional Program

The design includes various functional areas, such as a wine tasting space, storage, an outdoor gathering place, an indoor gathering area, a fireplace, and a kitchen and dining room. Each area is distinct, addressing specific needs while maintaining overall cohesion. This organization allows for smooth movement and encourages interaction in shared spaces.

Material Considerations

The project utilizes local stone, wood, and typical roof coverings as its main materials. These choices not only align with the regional architectural style but also emphasize a connection to the local environment. The materials help the guest home fit well within its surroundings, enhancing the natural beauty of the landscape.

The architecture exhibits clean lines and balanced proportions, allowing the structures to harmonize with the environment while enhancing visual appeal.
