The architectural design in La Puebla de Fantova offers a detailed examination of sustainable living and community interaction. Set in a distinctive landscape, the design functions as a blend of hospitality, art creation, and agricultural education. The overall concept focuses on effectively using natural resources while enhancing social engagement among users.

Water Management System
A key feature of the design is the efficient water collection system, which directs water straight to the kitchen. This system emphasizes resource efficiency and sustainability, addressing practical needs while reducing environmental impact. Along with solar panels that provide electricity and shade, the design reflects a strong commitment to renewable energy practices.

Spatial Organization
The building features three distinct levels, each carefully organized to enhance both private and communal experiences. The first level includes shared living spaces, such as kitchens and laundry facilities, which promote interaction among residents. The second level houses hotel rooms and a swimming pool, offering opportunities for leisure while keeping visitors connected to communal areas. A less defined third level suggests additional functionality for users.

Cultural and Agricultural Integration
At the center of the design is a gallery and workshop space that acts as a hub for creativity. This area supports collaboration and learning, contributing to cultural development within the community. The project also includes an olive oil mill and an on-site farm, reinforcing connections to the local economy and promoting education around agriculture. This combination enhances the farm-to-table concept and invites locals and visitors to engage with the land.

Materiality and Aesthetic
The use of materials such as stone slates, bricks, timber, and tiles contributes to the structure's visual appeal and longevity. These choices help create a coherent aesthetic while ensuring that the architecture remains in harmony with the surrounding landscape. The blend of materials combined with an intentional design approach results in a clear expression of community and creativity.

The focus on both functionality and aesthetic ties the spaces together, fostering an environment that encourages both social interaction and artistic exploration.
