FALL TINY WINE ITALY GUEST HOMES develops a strong connection between organic wine production and sustainable living. Located in a scenic area of Italy, it reflects the values of Tili Vini Organic Bio Wine, built on a foundation of family heritage. The design centers on the idea of symbiosis, creating a balanced relationship among the residential units, vineyards, and their natural surroundings.

Spatial Organization

The design includes a series of interconnected villas that encourage both movement and social interaction. A central tunnel system links the villas, guiding visitors through the landscape. Inside, the villas feature open layouts with high ceilings and large glass walls. These elements allow for abundant natural light and stunning views of the vineyards, enhancing a sense of tranquility and connection to nature.

Integration with Landscape

Gardens separate each villa, contributing to a pleasant microclimate while promoting biodiversity. This landscaping enhances not only the visual appeal of the site but also provides spaces for outdoor activities. A lattice surrounding a shared tile area makes a nod to the historical structures that once existed in this location, blending old and new in a thoughtful manner.

Sustainability Features

Key architectural features include double-thick stone walls that improve temperature control, helping to maintain energy efficiency in the villas. The extensive use of glass brings light into the interiors and fosters a connection with the outside world. There are designated areas for grape stomping and vineyard tours, which invite visitors to actively participate in the wine-making process, enriching their understanding of the wine industry.

Unique Design Elements

An indoor swimming pool plays a significant role in the design, creating a comfortable space that adapts to climatic changes. This feature not only serves recreational purposes but also reflects a careful consideration of environmental conditions. The overall design emphasizes the importance of blending living spaces with the environment, creating a thoughtful approach to community and nature.
