5 key facts about this project
01
The Cooperation Tunnel serves as a unique communal space for all residents.
02
Family modular homes are designed to accommodate varying household sizes.
03
The neighborhood emphasizes visual connections to enhance social interaction.
04
Shared gardening areas promote community engagement and collaboration.
05
Flexible layouts allow for future expansion and adaptability of living spaces.

The design introduces a neighborhood with the capacity to accommodate 40-45 inhabitants. It is organized around a modular housing framework that allows for flexibility in living arrangements. The overall concept integrates various types of homes tailored for different family sizes, aiming to foster a sense of community through shared spaces and connections among residents.

Design Framework
-
A range of housing types is featured to cater to families of 2, 2-4, 4-6, and 6-8 members. Each home is placed within clearly defined areas to ensure accessibility and organization throughout the neighborhood. This arrangement reflects careful planning and efficient use of space, addressing the diverse needs of the community effectively.

Community Integration
-
At the heart of the design is the "Cooperation Tunnel," which acts as a communal area encouraging social interaction. This structure not only connects various homes but also serves as a common yard where residents can engage with one another. The addition of a shared gardening space within the tunnel highlights the project's goal of strengthening community ties and promoting cooperative activities among neighbors.

Visual Connectivity
-
The layout promotes visual connections between houses, which helps create an environment conducive to interaction. This design aspect emphasizes the importance of social engagement in residential settings. By focusing on shared experiences and accessibility, the arrangement encourages residents to participate actively in neighborhood life.

The design successfully combines the practical aspects of everyday living with an emphasis on community. The "Cooperation Tunnel" serves as a distinctive feature, reinforcing the idea of collaboration and togetherness among residents. This thoughtful approach provides a framework for a supportive and engaged community atmosphere.
