During university, we have learned about various areas of design, but the one we felt most comfortable with was space design/architecture. That's why we chose this competition. It wasn't just a project; we needed a design that would evoke emotions and allow us to evoke the same feelings in others.

What does architecture mean to you and what is the role of an architect in your society?

We think architecture is crucial to our society. The way we live, to the way we interact with others for thousands of years. But also, is a means of artistic expression, cultural representation, and social communication.

Why do you participate in architecture competitions?

To constantly learn more and develop new projects that may one day be realized is a goal. These competitions provide a platform to showcase your work to the world.

What advice would you give to individuals who struggle to decide whether it would be beneficial for them to participate in architecture competitions?

The best advice I can give is to take the risk because you might or might not win, but what you learn and the weeks of effort will eventually lead you to something you are looking for.
