Gayeon Park from South Korea
I am currently a senior student in Architecture at Seoul National University of Technology and Science. My childhood and my neighborhood background allow me to have the underlying eagerness pursuing open, public, and playful architecture. And academic period has built me up to have wider vision.
For now, as a student, I am trying to find my hugest interest and opinion while I have been involved in several academia works, competitions, and personal study,
Architecture is what makes me feel not enough. It is a way to imagine our environment in the future that I wish. I believe the architects are trying to provide potential event for our life and thoughts with personal perspective.
Participating in competitions is a way of testing myself. It is one way to learn how to convince people, how to think of questions and restrictions, and to improve digital skills.
Everyone has a power to take a challenge and show themselves to the world. Never hesitate to be in competitions just because of some reasons. Competitions always put pressure on us, but at the same time, they always give us new questions that we could stand on.
