Anne Cecilie Haug
 is the director of staffing, senior architect, and member of the research and innovation team at the Oslo office of Snøhetta. Her completed projects with Snøhetta include the Fuglemyrhytta and Tungestølen wooden cabin projects, as well as several hospitality projects with small units and micro-homes.


Flora Lee
 is an Associate Partner of MAD Architects. She has helped develop and realize a number of MAD’s major international projects, including: 8600 Wilshire in Beverly Hills; Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles; Campinas Art Gallery of Brazil; East 34th in NYC; UNIC Residential in Paris; and the Conrad Hotel in Beijing.



Sandra del Bove
is Group Head of Innovation at the Kingspan Innovation Centre - IKON, a hub in Ireland dedicated to medium to long-term ideas, developments, and innovations in the area of energy efficiency, decarbonization, and circularity. Born and raised in Germany, Sandra pursued her studies in Austria and Ireland, enriching her expertise in strategic marketing. Her career at Kingspan has seen her work across multiple divisions and countries in Europe, collaborating with teams and customers worldwide. At IKON, she is at the forefront of evaluating emerging data, insights, and ideas, leveraging state-of-the-art equipment and rigorous experimentation. Sandra’s approach is deeply rooted in a blend of technical expertise and market feedback, allowing her to assess the viability of innovations, from exploring bio-based materials to enabling the next era of digital building design, at every stage. Her commitment to aligning these innovations with Kingspan's sustainability programme ensures that each idea is thoroughly vetted and refined to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving built environment.


Brent Trenga
 is Director of Sustainability for Kingspan Insulated Panels North America. His background as an architect, construction manager, developer and project owner give him a unique perspective on all facets of the construction industry.


Silvana Ordinas
 is Founder and Partner of Peter Pichler Architecture, based in Milan, Italy, a studio that has completed projects such as the Future Space Pavilion for the 2018 Salone del mobile in Milan. Silvana was born in Mallorca, Spain. She holds an Executive Master degree in Marketing and Sales from SDA BOCCONI School of Management in Milan and ESADE Business School in Barcelona. She studied Tourism at the Universitat de les Illes Balears.


Paulo Flores
 is Director at London-based Zaha Hadid Architects. Paulo received his bachelor's degree in architecture from the Ibero-American University in Mexico City in 2003. He then gained his master's degree in parametric and digital design from the Design Research Lab at the Architectural Association in London in 2007. Since 2011, Paulo has lectured extensively in Latin America, Europe and China and is a regular invited Critic for the Architectural Association and a wide range of universities and architectural programs.
