The Tili Wine Guest Homes project is located in the rolling hills of Italy, where the landscape is both lush and serene. It provides modern accommodations for guests while honoring the area's historical and cultural context. The design aims to blend existing structures with new ones, creating a place that feels connected to its surroundings. Visitors can enjoy both comfort and a sense of place in this thoughtfully designed retreat.

Design Concept
The main idea of the design is centered around a modular grid layout that fits well with the natural topography. The placement of guest homes is linear, which allows for easy navigation and clear separation of public and private spaces. This arrangement also enhances the views of the mountains, giving guests a chance to appreciate the landscape at every turn. The design carefully considers the historical setting, ensuring that visitors experience both modern comfort and the charm of the past.

Architectural Features
One of the notable elements of the design is the sloped roof that reflects a rural architectural style. This design decision connects modern living with traditional forms. The roof not only adds visual interest but also respects the landscape, making the buildings feel like a part of the environment rather than separate from it. Each structure is designed to be functional while also fitting comfortably within the scenic surroundings.

Interior Design
Inside the guest homes, the focus is on creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The interiors are minimalistic but cozy, equipped with furnishings that provide comfort without cluttering the space. Light plays a crucial role in these homes, as strategically placed glass panels allow natural light to fill the rooms. This interaction between light and interior design fosters an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and connection with nature.

Restoration of Existing Structures
The project includes the careful restoration of a building that serves as a restaurant and wine tasting area. This structure retains its original character, allowing it to maintain a sense of history. Traditional materials were used to reinforce this connection to the past. An outdoor seating section extends from the restaurant, allowing guests to dine while enjoying views of the landscape. The use of wooden planks in the design links the new elements to the historical context, creating a visual thread that connects different parts of the project.

Each element has been thoughtfully designed and integrated to enhance the overall experience of the site. The combination of modern design and historical preservation creates a comfortable and inviting environment for those seeking a peaceful retreat.
