Tili Wine Italy Guest Homes is located in a scenic vineyard setting, integrating architecture with the natural landscape. The design incorporates various functions, including a tasting room, residential apartments, and a spa area. The overall concept draws on the process of grape drying, which is subtly reflected in the arrangement and form of the building.

Design Concept
The architectural story is shaped by the stages involved in processing grapes. Each floor represents a layer, symbolizing how grapes are stored before being transformed. This idea creates a meaningful connection between the building and the world of winemaking. Ample openings in the façade bring in natural light and offer views of the vineyards, enhancing the overall spatial experience.

Spatial Organization
The ground floor features a tasting room that serves as the heart of the building, accompanied by a kitchen and a showroom for house wines. This layout promotes interaction with the local culture, allowing visitors to engage with the wine experience fully. On the first floor, two apartments, each measuring 57 square meters, prioritize comfort and light. These living spaces provide a welcoming environment for guests.

Amenities
A spa area is located on the top floor, intended for relaxation and enjoyment. This space allows guests to unwind and take in the beautiful landscape of the vineyards. The inclusion of wellness facilities emphasizes the project's aim to create a pleasant experience, blending comfort with connection to nature.

Materiality
The approach to materials reflects a commitment to sustainability. Instead of renovating old structures, a new building is planned that makes use of clinker from the previous site, repurposed in its design. This method respects the history of the area while incorporating modern architectural practices, contributing to the project’s character.

The carefully designed openings of the building mimic the forms of grapes and encourage a sense of connection with the outdoors. They help create warm and inviting interiors that make the most of the surrounding landscape.
