The design presents a thoughtful arrangement that connects various spaces under one roof. Located in a setting conducive to outdoor living, the design is organized around a central pavilion which serves multiple purposes. The overall concept revolves around creating separate areas for different activities while still fostering a sense of community.

Layout and Organization

The design features four clearly defined spaces: an entrance, a barbecue area, a relaxing area, and a yoga area. Each zone serves its purpose, allowing users to enjoy various activities comfortably. The central pavilion, covered in grapevines, acts as a gathering point. It invites people to share moments and provides a shaded space to escape from the sun.

Privacy and Individual Spaces

Individual guest houses surround the pavilion, each with a terrace that enhances privacy. This arrangement allows for personal outdoor areas where occupants can relax or find solitude. The layout creates a balance between shared and private spaces, enabling both interaction and quiet reflection.

Material Selection

A careful selection of materials includes Poligono Cobblestone, Sandstone Tiles, Constituent Material, Natural Stone Masonry, Walnut Wood, and Mediterranean Roof Tiles. Each element is chosen for its contribution to the design's function and appearance. The combination of durable stone and warm wood helps to ground the design in its environment.

The central pavilion stands as a visual focus, enhancing the communal experience and inviting gathering through its engaging structure and natural elements.
