The design located in Las Vegas combines private and public spaces in a residential setting. It occupies a site of 32.5 by 155 meters, allowing for thoughtful layout and interaction among its elements. The concept focuses on creating community through elevated semi-public areas that encourage socializing while also respecting individual privacy. This balance makes the design stand apart from typical housing in the area.

Housing Typologies
Three types of housing have been planned: Single + Couple, Couple + Family, and Single + Couple + Family. This range allows for diverse family structures, catering to various living needs. Each unit prioritizes privacy, where windows do not overlook semi-public spaces. This design choice reduces distractions and helps maintain personal comfort.

Circulation and Connectivity
The project features long corridors that connect the housing units and community areas. These pathways promote efficient movement through the building and ensure easy access to semi-public spaces. Parking is integrated on the first floor, situated near retail options, creating a helpful arrangement for residents and visitors alike.

Amenity Placement
Amenities like playgrounds are situated close to family units, emphasizing family-friendly living. This layout considers the well-being of residents while fostering interaction. The entrance to residential areas is clearly marked, providing a distinct division between public and private zones, which enhances usability and flow.

Landscaping details enhance the outdoor areas, inviting spaces for community activities and relaxation. With careful arrangement, seating areas blend well into the landscape, encouraging gatherings while allowing for quiet moments. This attention to detail contributes to a welcoming environment for all residents.
