I'm an architecture student at the Silesian University of Technology in Poland. In my projects, I always try to introduce an idea so that the architecture I design is not just another building, but also carries a certain story.
What does architecture mean to you and what is the role of an architect in your society?
Architecture gives the possibility of an alternative perception of the space in which we are staying. It is a compromise between the architect's vision, respect for the environment, and responses to the needs of the user.
Why do you participate in architecture competitions?
Competitions are a fantastic way to challenge ourselves, they spark our imagination, and also present a unique chance to test our ideas.
What advice would you give to individuals who struggle to decide whether it would be beneficial for them to participate in architecture competitions?
