Design a sustainable food court structure for the heart of a classical music festival

We’d like to take the opportunity to introduce you to the BB Green and BB Student prize winner of our "Berlin Affordable Housing Challenge" competition – Hyosik Kim from South Korea!
Hyosik Kim from South Korea
I’m currently a student of Dongguk University. Studying in the center of Seoul, I can visit a lot of high-tech buildings and improve my design skills through various experiences.
As Seoul is a densely populated city, I have focused on designing apartments and skyscrapers. But I try to design various scales of buildings to improve my designing skills.
Architecture can be a solution to various social problems. That’s the reason why architects have to be responsible for buildings they designed.
I think competition is a stage for the young architect. As an architecture student, I want to prove myself and measure my designing level through worldwide competition.
Competition is always difficult, however if you try hard and never give up, you can achieve your goal. Don’t afraid of failure, sometimes failure can be the next step of your career.
