The Tili Vini Guest Homes project is located in the beautiful Umbrian Valley and aims to create strong connections between visitors and the surrounding nature. The design includes a range of guest homes, from small cabins to larger suites, intended to provide various experiences that encourage engagement with the landscape. The overall concept is focused on exploring nature and understanding how built forms can relate to ecological surroundings.

Reimagined Structures

Existing buildings on the site are creatively repurposed to enhance the guest experience. The largest of these structures is turned into a premium guest suite, while smaller ones are adapted to serve as outdoor dining and wine tasting areas. This approach allows for the preservation of historical elements within the site while incorporating them into a modern context.

Landscape Integration

The design places considerable emphasis on landscape architecture. Features like gardens, outdoor patios, meditation zones, and picnic areas are included, all with local plants and newly planted trees. This thoughtful landscaping revitalizes the area, creating inviting outdoor spaces that invite relaxation and social interaction among guests.

Pathway and Connectivity

Circulation within the guest homes is carefully planned through a set of pathways that link different areas. These paths make it easy for visitors to navigate and encourage exploration. By promoting both connectivity and accessibility, the design supports community while also allowing for private moments in designated gathering spots.

Natural Light and Views

Interior spaces are arranged to maximize natural light and offer views of the surroundings. Living areas feature trees that grow within, creating a connection to outside elements. Long linear windows in the bedroom lofts present clear sights of the Umbrian Valley, ensuring the landscape is a constant presence in daily life.

The attention to these design aspects creates a welcoming atmosphere. Visitors can experience a sense of peace and a deeper relationship with the natural world around them.
