The Tili Wine Village is located in the beautiful Umbrian valley and is designed to connect the culture of winemaking with the surrounding landscape. The site serves as a small village that introduces and shares the Tili Vini wine collection. The overall concept focuses on creating a space that encourages community interaction while also offering areas for personal relaxation, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the experience.

Guest Houses
Five Guest Houses provide intimate accommodations, each designed with balconies that showcase expansive mountain views. They feature minimal footprints, which keeps the footprint small and helps preserve the natural features of the land. The exterior decks create a hovering effect, allowing the buildings to integrate better with their surroundings while enhancing privacy for the guests.

Communal Building
The Communal Building acts as the central hub of the village, housing dining and wine tasting areas over two floors. Tall windows fill the space with natural light and offer impressive views of the landscape. The basement contains a wine cellar and a tasting room that provide a warm and intimate environment, making them ideal for enjoying fine wines with friends or family.

Central Garden
At the center of the village lies the Central Garden, designed as an outdoor room shaded by trees. It connects the Guest Houses and the Communal Building with simple paths that encourage people to interact. This green area not only enhances the visual appeal of the village but also brings nature into daily life, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere.

Sustainability
Sustainability is an important aspect of Tili Wine Village, shown through the careful reuse of masonry and materials from an existing structure. These materials are incorporated into the new Guest Houses, linking the past with the present and reducing waste. Additionally, green roofs are installed to provide insulation and restore the ecological balance of the land, reflecting a responsible approach to design.

Expansive folding glass doors throughout the structures facilitate connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, inviting the landscape in. This feature enhances the sensory experience for guests, allowing them to appreciate both the wines and the natural beauty that surrounds the village.
