Design meditation cabins to help Tokyo citizens destress and reconnect
We’d like to take the opportunity to introduce you to one of our Honorable mention winner for our "Monte D'Oiro Wine Hotel" competition – Manh Thang Vu from France!
Manh Thang Vu from France
I'm working as an architect at Architecturestudio, an international architecture, urban planning, and interior design company founded in 1973, based in Paris, Shanghai, and Zug. The company has 13 associates and 150 peoples of 20 different nationalities.
At Architecturestudio, we focus mainly on large scale projects: the European Parliament, the Institut du Monde Arabe, the National Theatre of Bahrein, etc. One of the projects that I have recently participated in is the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi (Vietnam); it is designed for 15,000 students on a site of 64 ha.
In each region, architecture has its own identity; it reflects the local environment, culture, and society. It is the role of an architect to preserve and promote this relation.
I can always find interesting challenges thanks to the variety of project types and contexts in architecture competitions.
Participating in an architecture competition is a good chance to break any boundaries and express your personality!
