CASA AZUL is a contemporary design that effectively melds functionality with a strong focus on wellness. Set in an environment that encourages relaxation, the layout supports both community and individual use. Each area is carefully crafted to foster a balance between personal retreat and social interaction, promoting an easy flow throughout the entire space.

Site Layout

The site plan is organized into a series of phases, allowing for a clear progression in its development. This structured approach opts for adaptability, ensuring that the design can shift as user needs change over time. Various activities find their place here, from living and dining to working and ample storage. The inclusion of wellness spaces like a sauna and outdoor tubs highlights a design that prioritizes health and well-being, creating a balanced spatial experience.

Spatial Organization

The North Elevation defines CASA AZUL's functional areas, displaying a thoughtful arrangement of spaces. It includes guest areas, living rooms, dining sections, and offices designated for staff. The wellness-focus stands out with dedicated areas for relaxation, thoughtfully integrated into the overall layout. This allows for both quiet and social moments, promoting a soothing environment where users can unwind and recharge.

Indoor-Outdoor Connection

Strong ties between indoor and outdoor spaces are evident in the design. Elevations and sections suggest a flow that encourages movement between these realms. Large openings invite natural light in and enhance ventilation. This connection not only enriches the interior but also complements the surrounding landscape. By creating this link, the design invites residents to enjoy the outdoors, boosting the overall quality of life.

Design Aesthetics

While specific materials used are not detailed, the overall form suggests a contemporary style marked by clean lines and open areas. Thoughtful space planning combines functionality with visual clarity. Each design element contributes to a pleasant living experience. A focus on wellness features, such as the sauna and outdoor tub, underlines a commitment to creating environments that support daily well-being. This attention to detail ensures that every corner of CASA AZUL serves a purpose while remaining inviting.
