5 key facts about this project
01
A triangular façade design enhances natural light and visual interest while responding to local architectural traditions.
02
The use of local stone and glass creates a harmonious relationship with the surrounding landscape.
03
Cross-laminated timber panels offer structural integrity while promoting sustainable building practices.
04
Charred wooden shingles contribute to durability and fire resistance, while adding texture to the exterior.
05
The central communal hub facilitates social interaction among guests, reinforcing a sense of community.
The Tili Vini Guest Homes project is an architectural endeavor located in Italy, reflecting a sophisticated interplay of modern design principles and traditional influences. This project functions as a hospitality space, providing accommodations for guests while also fostering an engaging environment conducive to social interaction and relaxation. It serves both as a space for welcoming visitors and as a venue that celebrates the regional context and cultural heritage associated with wine production.

Spatial Organization and Community Focus
The architectural design is characterized by a careful spatial organization that promotes community interactions. Guest rooms are strategically arranged around a central communal area, which encourages socializing among visitors. The design incorporates both private and shared spaces, ensuring versatility for a range of activities, from quiet retreats to group gatherings. The internal arrangement prioritizes accessibility and comfort, with amenities thoughtfully integrated to enhance the guest experience.

Material Selection and Facade Design
A notable aspect of the Tili Vini Guest Homes is its distinct material palette, which includes brick, stone, and glass. Brick and stone are utilized in the façade, linking the building to the local architectural vernacular while providing durability and aesthetic appeal. The use of glass in large panels invites natural light to permeate the interior, fostering a connection between indoor and outdoor environments. The façade features innovative triangular forms, derived from the project's conceptual logo, which reinforces the visual identity of the structure while promoting an organic flow in design.

Sustainability and Modern Interpretation of Tradition
This project also emphasizes sustainability through its material choices and design orientation. By maximizing natural light and utilizing durable materials, the building minimizes energy consumption and creates a comfortable atmospheric experience. The contemporary interpretation of traditional architectural elements reflects a commitment to design that honors the past while addressing present-day needs. The result is a cohesive architectural solution that resonates with both locals and guests.
