The Futuristic Oasis project in Libya presents a fresh take on urban residential design. Located in a lively city setting, the aim is to combine modern living with elements of nature to create a nurturing and engaging environment. Each unit offers about 160 m² of free-plan space that promotes flexibility in how residents choose to live, work, and interact with their surroundings.

Spatial Organization

The design focuses on a unique layout that supports both community and personal space. Each floor contains two garden-like flats, divided into specific areas known as "greenhouse" spaces. These consist of a wet area for creative activities and a dry workspace. This organization not only facilitates varied activities but also encourages a balance between productivity and relaxation, which is crucial in today's fast-paced urban lifestyle.

Sustainability and Natural Integration

A key aspect of the concept is the integration of sustainable elements. The building emphasizes the need for air, sunlight, and greenery, which are essential for residents' well-being. The inclusion of a roof garden stands out as an interesting feature, promoting a shared space that connects individuals to the natural world. This focus on environmental awareness reflects a broader trend in architecture, highlighting the importance of merging functionality with nature in densely populated areas.

Technology and User Experience

Technology plays a significant role in enhancing daily life within the building. Smart solutions allow residents to control various aspects, such as temperature and lighting, through a dedicated application. This convenient and user-friendly approach elevates the living experience, making it more manageable for residents while staying focused on their comfort and needs.

Design details reveal a thoughtful approach to light and space. Large windows are designed to provide ample views and maximize daylight throughout the flats. This careful planning encourages residents to engage actively with their environment and enjoy the benefits of living in a high-rise while maintaining a connection to nature.
