An outdoor events garden complements the building's functional versatility.

The design features a contemporary facility that integrates a central curved mass with the surrounding urban landscape. It serves as a hub for conventions and various events. The concept focuses on building connections, functionality, and a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an inviting atmosphere for everyone who enters.

Central Entrance Hub

At the heart of the design is the curved transparent mass, which acts as the main entrance. This feature draws attention and creates a welcoming space for visitors. Its significant presence contributes to the architectural language while providing easy access and inviting exploration from the outside.

Functional Layout

Inside, a spacious lobby connects the new components with the existing structures. This area encourages movement throughout the facility. The first floor houses multi-purpose auditorium halls that are strategically positioned to take advantage of eastward views and natural light. This setup enhances occupant experience and provides a flexible setting for different activities.

Interconnected Spaces

Offices are arranged around an elliptical core, bringing in natural light and fresh air. On the second floor, a large exhibition hall serves as a central feature, surrounded by clear views of the outside. This arrangement connects indoor and outdoor activities. Additionally, the second floor includes an auditorium and four conference rooms that can be combined for larger events, showcasing the building’s adaptability.

Engagement with the Environment

The area plan lays out various functional elements, from a lobby and café to administrative offices and outdoor event spaces. Each part is thoughtfully placed to ensure smooth movement and interaction among users. This focus on connectivity enhances the building's role in the community and promotes social engagement.

The design pays careful attention to details. Light filters through the transparent mass, creating changing interior environments as the day progresses. The emphasis on openness not only enriches the user experience but also ensures that the building connects well with its urban surroundings.
