The intent is to create a dwelling that not only meets the demands of modern living but also draws from historical architectural practices to minimize energy consumption in residential buildings.

The design employs a closed-loop system that emulates natural environmental processes to achieve a balance between ecological sustainability and user comfort. Central to this strategy is the incorporation of passive solar design and water management systems, which are essential for fostering resilience to climate change. The layout prioritizes shared communal spaces, facilitating interaction among residents and enhancing the local ecosystem by shaping the neighborhood's microclimate.

A diverse array of materials has been selected to align with the project's sustainability goals. Cold-formed steel serves as the primary structural framework, offering durability and ease of assembly, while conventional wood framing is utilized for certain internal components.
