## Overview

The Eco-friendly Yoga Guest House is situated in a serene environment that fosters spiritual reflection and physical well-being. The design is informed by the principles of ancient yogic traditions, emphasizing a harmonious relationship between the built environment and nature. The project employs geometric configurations inspired by the number 108, which holds significance in yoga philosophy, serving as a guiding concept throughout the design process.

## Spatial Configuration and Functionality

The design features a circular layout, symbolizing unity and wholeness, and is structured into three primary areas:

- **En-suite Double Bedrooms** offer private accommodations that prioritize relaxation and solitude.
- A **Multifunctional Yoga Space/Living Area** accommodates various activities, including yoga practice and communal living, reinforcing flexibility in use.
- Essential support spaces such as a **Kitchen, Toilet, and Storage** are integrated efficiently, ensuring user convenience while maintaining an unobtrusive presence within the overall setting.

This strategic organization of space underscores the project’s commitment to creating an environment conducive to meditation and wellness.

## Material Selection and Sustainability

Material choices reflect a dedication to sustainable practices and the holistic ethos of the guest house.

- **Stainless Steel** is employed for structural elements, offering durability and resistance to corrosion.
- **HDPE Panels** provide cladding that ensures water resistance while allowing visual transparency, aligning with modern ecological principles.
- **Hemp Wood Tiles** create a warm, tactile flooring option that enhances user comfort.
- The **Wooden Circular Deck** promotes an indoor-outdoor connection, enriching the interaction with the surrounding landscape.

This focus on thoughtful material selection contributes to the building's overall sustainability and environmental responsibility.

## Environmental Integration

The architectural design actively engages with its natural surroundings, optimizing natural light and airflow while promoting biophilic design principles. The arrangement of smaller structures in a circular formation enhances the site's meditative quality, reflecting a careful consideration of the landscape and climatic conditions.

Distinct features include a **water recycling system** that utilizes rainwater harvesting, reinforcing the commitment to ecological mindfulness. The primary structure employs a hexagonal truss system, contributing to both aesthetic quality and structural stability, while a central dome facilitates natural illumination, enriching the spiritual atmosphere of the guest house.

These elements collectively underscore the architectural intention to foster a connection between occupants and their environment, ensuring that the guest house serves as a sanctuary for reflection and rejuvenation.
