Significant new construction projects are cultural buildings: Historical Archive in Montsià, Ribera d’Ebre and Garraf and the Palafolls School of Music and Dance.

Joe Martinolich
is founder of JMM - Joe Martinolich Architect. He has lived in Lexington, Kentucky, “Horse Capital of the World”, for almost 25 years and established his own design firm in 2014. While experienced in a variety of architectural building types, Joe was led to a passion for equine design through his wife’s lifelong interest in and love for horses, as well as being surrounded and influenced by the beautiful horse country in and around Lexington. Joe has worked with clients to create equine facilities that combine functionality, safety, and creativity for the horse and the people who care for them. He has worked throughout the United States as well as internationally, including the United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Brazil, the Dominican Republic and China. Projects have included stables, riding arenas, equine breed museums, equine veterinary and university facilities.
